May 14-15 Glacier Peak High School, Football Field
11 am to 4 pm
11am Warm-Up & Station Drills
-Speed, Strength, Agility Drills & Conditioning
-N F L combine testing and time recording
1pm Lunch Break
2pm Position Drills
-Break down players by thier positions. Offense first then defense. Players will learn correct techniques, and also helpful insight given by specific position coaches.
-Team defense learning the different defensive coverages (man coverage thru cover 4)
-Team offense will be running plays, live full speed against coverage
4pm Pick-Up
